UPhysicsC 2021 - 48 hours spent on Mars

It has been a remarkable experience participating in The University Physics Competition of 2021. We have had a wonderful 48 hours of brainstorming, discussing, and certainly debating. We shared ideas, new ways of thinking and learn a thing or two about writing, teamwork, and certainly some physics.

I’d like to thank Dr Luu Manh Quynh for his generosity and support, and Viet Anh for sharing his insights during the preparation process for UPC 2021.

Below is our submitted paper. Though incomplete, we hope to share it with passionate young physicists and encourage them to compete in similar events.

Once again, thank you guys for everything!

P/s: Our paper is available here.

[update] Our paper earned a silver medal (ranked 19/127). An official announcement and complete listing of all medals in the 2021 competition, see this page.
